As I indulged in tasty omelettes, cold cuts, and amazing desserts, all overlooking the breathtaking backdrop of the sea, I couldn't help but be swept away by the culinary innovation on display. Not to mention, the breakfast spread at Axinos was a true gastronomic journey, with spinach pie, chocolate cake, and local breads and cheeses that left my taste buds tingling with satisfaction. Dining experiences at FlyAway Creative Restaurant & Bar and Throubi Restaurant, just a stone's throw away, offered a whimsical journey through the rich flavors of Santorini.
